Luxury custom homes are generally built in 5 stages.
Stage 1 – put all of your needs, wants and wishes down on paper and come to an agreed direction, style and budget with your partner (or yourself!).
Stage 2 – get your finances in order and hire an architect and a builder – preferably at the same time so everyone is on the same page.
Stage 3 – design to your budget. It’s easy to go down the rabbit hole but pull yourself back!
Stage 4 – choose all of the fixtures and fittings. See above!
Stage 5 – construction.
We can design and build on many difficult blocks including narrow blocks, steep blocks and everything in between. Building on sloping blocks usually costs more to prepare the site and in the method of construction, but the end result can be stunning individual homes with versatile floor plans that can be award winning!

Depending on the block, the architectural plans, (and how many changes you make along the way!) average construction time is 7 – 12 months.
